As the name suggests Bharath Hotels new project BTH SAROVARAM is a hotel, which boasts of its very own lake. Set in a serene, picturesque environment on 5 acres of land adjoining the backwaters, BTH SAROVARAM gives you the opportunity to just sit back, relax and marvel at nature in all her beauty.

Right from the stage of conception the focus here has been to harmonies with the environment it is located in. Eco-friendly techniques and materials, harvesting of rainwater and constructed wet lands for water purification have all been utilized in a consistent effort to build a modern hotel in natural surroundings without damaging the environment.

BTH SAROVARAM is nestled away from the smoke and dust of Ernakulam city (which is just 6 km away) at Vyttila on the Cochin Bye Pass by side of Chambakkara canal, a national waterway. It offers just the right blend of solitude and accessibility.

The Badettu Coffee Shop serving traditional South Indian cuisine in true BTH style and Badett restaurant where the accent is on North Indian cuisine perfected by our experienced chefs. There are 14 lake side cottages. These cottages are situated along the bank of the lake and are provided with their own kitchenettes for when you feel like whipping up your favorite snack. From here you can watch the sun setting over the treetops and wake up to the chirping of the birds! By the end of this year we will also be opening an Ayurvedic Health Spa where you can rejuvenate your body as well as your mind, and a boat jetty if you feel like exploring the backwaters.

For guests who would like to combine leisure with business (or vice versa!) we have a Business Centre within the complex equipped with all the amenities a modern businessman requires.

Membership to the Business Centre is welcome
a) on a CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP PLAN at Rs. 2,500/- (non-refundable) per annum.
b) on an INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP PLAN at Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable) per annum.
Business Centre members can avail of a 10% discount on all Business Centre charges as well as other outlets.

It is with great pleasure that we would like to announce the opening of Rao's Business Centre located on the NH47 Bye-Pass. The business centre is situated amidst lush green surroundings near backwaters. It offers a calm, eco-friendly environment to work in, while remaining accessible from Cochin.

The facilities available here are:

1. An Air-conditioned board room (300 sq.ft., capacity 20 people)
2. 2 Computer workstations with internet access
3. 4 independent air-conditioned office cabins
4. Secretarial services
5. On premises Coffee Shop & North Indian Restaurant serving vegetarian cuisine in true BTH tradition
6. O.H.P., VCP, TV etc. on request

All of this under one roof!
We also have 14 independent cottages with their own kitchenettes, which will be ready by October. We can confidently assure you that no other such service exists in Cochin which can compare in terms of facilities and ambience.

As an inaugural offer we are offering special, lowered membership charges. Companies wishing to avail membership can take advantage of our CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP PLAN. This plan offers membership for a period of one year at a charge of Rs. 2,500/- only (non-refundable).

Member companies can nominate two people as representatives. These representatives will be presented with membership cards, which will fetch you discounts at the Business Centre and at other BTH outlets.

Individuals wishing to become members can do so under the INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP PLAN by paying a deposit of only  Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable) to avail membership for a period of one year. Here too, a membership card will be presented to the individual, which will allow him to claim discounts at the Business Centre and at other BTH outlets.

The benefits of membership are:

b) 10% discount on food and room charges at Bharath Hotel against cash payment.
c) 10% discount at all the BTH Coffee Shops
