About 25 acres of palm grove surrounding this property is still
thinly populated and least developed. The property is perfectly

the property enjoys 2 points of accession - one through Surya
Samudra and another along the beach pathway from the Nagar Bhagavathi
Temple. Either way, the nearest car access point is 500 meters
away from the Karikkathi Beach House. If one is Using Surya Samudra
access, he will have to climb down 66 steps as Karikkathi Beach
House is located very close to the sea." Accommodation

"Karikkathi Beach House" has two double bedrooms with a linked lounge room in between. The roof is still kept thatched with palm leaf mats, on the continued suggestions from the guests who have stayed here. The rooms do not have air-condition or television. But they are naturally ventilated as well as by overhead fan. Since the house is both seafront and beach view, water is visible through all the windows of the house. Kitchen is adjacent to accommodation ie. under same roof. |  |
