1. 4 days / 3 Nights: Check-in: 12.00 noon, Afternoon, Consultation with the Ayurvedic Doctor. During the 4 days stay at the Hotel Samudra Ayurvedic Garden Beach Resort the guest can have three Rejuvenation massages. 2. 6 days/7 Nights: Check-in: 12.00 noon. Afternoon consultation with the Doctor. During the six days stay at Hotel Samudra the guest can have five times General/Rejuvenation massage with medicated steam bath. The time of the Ayurvedic massage can be had with consultation with the doctor at the clinic by the client.           Book Now

3. 8 days/7 Nights: Check-in: 12 noon. Afternoon consultation with the Ayurveda Doctor. During the 8 days stay at the Hotel Samudra the guest can have Seven Pizhichil (Sarwangasekam) with Shirodhara. 4. 15 days/14 Nights: Check-in: 12 noon. After noon consultation with the Ayurveda Doctor. During the package period the guest can have for the first seven days, Udwardhanam treatment in the forenoon and general massage with medicated water bath in the after noon and for the next 7 days the guest shall undergo Pizhichil with Shirodhara. Duration: One and a half hours a day for 7 or 14 days.
This is a complete rejuvenation therapy comprising  synchronised special massage, herbal steam bath, Njavarakizhi etc. This carefully planned health programme is directed towards improving vigor and vitality. It will also go a long way to tone up the skin and improve complexion. 

Package 2: BODY IMMUNIZATION            Book Now
Duration: One and a half hours  a day for 7 or 14 days.
This is a complete immunization  therapy comprising  the relevant rejuvenation therapy and panchakarma therapy which changes from person to person. The Ayurveda Doctor in the centre will suggest the suitable programme. Package 3: SUDATION            Book Now
Duration: One hour per day for 7 days.
This package comprises synchronised massage and herbal steam bath. This is meant  for improving eye sight, sound sleep, reducing high blood pressure, eliminating  impurities in the system. It improves the complexion and texture of the skin.

Package 4: SLIMMING            Book Now
Duration: One hour per day for 7 days.
This package is deep dry massage using herbal powders. This reduces obesity, imparts mobility to stiff joints, strengthens muscles and refreshes the body.

Package 5: PANCHAKARMA            Book Now
Duration: 2 hours a day for 7 or 14 days.
The package contains the famous panchakarma (5 therapies) and some of the sub therapies. It is a total and integrated health package  meant for both the healthy and sick. This is indicated in diseases like paralysis, arthritis, rheumatism, skin diseases and mental disorders. This includes medicated oil enema (Snehavasti) decoction enema (Kashayavasti), purgation with medicines (Virechana), induced vomiting with medicines (Vamana) and nasal medication (Nasya). Panchakarma is a prerequisite of Rasayana therapy (formal rejuvenation therapy) and also is useful in cases of impotence.

5.1. Vamana: This is induced vomiting and is done by giving emetic drugs orally along with a large quantity of liquids; indicated for bronchial asthma, cough, psoriasis, epilepsy, anaemia, insanity etc.
5.2. Virechana (Purgation): It is done by oral administration of purgative drugs. Indicated for skin diseases, urinary disorders, fistula in ano, flatulence, anaemia, stomatitis, insanity, arthritis etc.
5.3. Snehavasthi (Oil enema): This is a special enema where the main ingredient is a medicated oil.
5.4. Kashaya Vasthi (Special enema): It is a enema with medicated mixtures. Indicated in rheumatism, arthritis, low back pain, sciatica, fistula in ano, flatulence, pain in hip joints, hemiplegia etc.
