This resort built in the most eco-friendly manner without disturbing the natural habitat of Munnar Hills. The fascinating structures of the resort is in accordance with traditional Kerala architecture. Great attention is paid to the architectural details of suites and rooms by retaining all the charms of an archaic Kerala household.


Suite : The suites have spacious bed room, living room, balcony facing velvety tea hills, verandah and attached bath rooms separately for the living room and the bed room.

Rooms : The spacious double rooms have a verandah, a foyer, toilet and a balcony.




Restaurant : The Tea Hill multi-cuisine restaurant will serve traditional Kerala, Chinese and Continental cuisine.



Conference Hall : The conference hall can accommodate 60 to 80 people. This can very well be an entertainment hall also and is equipped with digital home-theatre, sound system and an LCD projector

Trekking : A one-kilometer trekking path is available in the resort itself.




Plantations : Different types of plantations like cardamom, pepper, orange etc. are there with in the resort, and guests can enjoy the fruits. 




Vegetable Garden : Varieties of vegetables are cultivated in the resort, using bio-fertilizers, for in-house consumption.


Open Air Auditorium : The resort has a garden auditorium to accommodate an audience of 200 people for entertainment. Facilities for barbeque and camp fire are also provided in the resort. The resort also boasts of an "erumadam" on its premises.

Health Club : The health club has fitness equipments exclusively for the use of guests.

Amusement park : An amusement park, mainly for children is provided with natural/artificial streams. An ancient cave is the main attraction of the amusement center.
