Tamara Spa and relieve yourself of stress, tension
and fatigue. By choosing from various Ayurveda Treatments
under the strict supervision of our resident Ayurvedic
Physician. An ancient stream of medicine, Ayurveda
treats the individual rather than the disease. It
also works at preventing recurrence of problems by
integrating its principles into everyday life. The
center is managed by The Ayushman Ayurveda Trust,
the most renowned Ayurveda institution in the country.
For complete mind and body treatments, enroll for
our special 3 or 7 days rejuvenation packages. The
Tamara Spa has a full time Doctor and 2 Female &
2 Male masseurs. There are 2 treatment rooms for men
& women.
3 Days Rejuvenation
Programme:
Day 1: Check in to the hotel by 12:00 PM. After
Lunch, meet with the Doctor and plan the schedule
for your treatment. Relax at the Spa with our stream
and Jacuzzi or just swim at our Infinity Pool. Join
the sunset cruise and have dinner at the Rice Boat
Restaurant or the barbeque.
Day 2: Early morning start with Yoga with a
theoretical session followed by Yoga Asanas. After
a light vegetarian breakfast head to the Tamara Spa
and begin the Dinacharya this is beneficial for the
eyes, nose, ears, skin and head. Follow this with
a light vegetarian lunch. After resting for 2 hours
go on a visit of Cochin. Returns for Dinner at the
Dolphins Point.
Day 3: Follow the same routine. Go shopping
in the evening for spices, sarees, handicrafts etc.
Day 4: Follow the same routine in the morning.
Leave hotel to catch your flight.
Our Special
7 Days Package: The advantage of the 7 Days program
is the interaction with the Doctor on all days. You
can also evaluate the benefits of the medication,
yoga and medication. Two more treatments are added
from the 4th to the 7th day.
